This article “MY JOB, A “shit-job”, REALLY?” was inspired by discussions with young people in their first job. Some consider their first job as a “shit-job”, a job without meaning. Questioning your organization, making sure that it is based on a raison d’être will allow everyone to find a meaning to their job.
“HISTORICALLY GROWN”, DOES IT SOUND FAMILIAR?
Who hasn’t heard the argument “historically grown” to explain the current situation or the problems encountered by the company? It makes a difference to manage your own development and not to get stuck in your own history. Having the courage to question the existing situation is one of the keys to success.
